ACCS is made of a group of design professionals. Many of our projects involve the entire team, we delegate workload to each member's individual strengths to make the process as affordable and timely as possible. Each staff member knows and understands current California Building Code, is easy to get in touch with and always returns correspondence promptly.
Our primary benefit is walking clients through the entire process and handling any and all affairs relative to the design, permit and construction process, whether it be new construction, remodel/addition, ADU's, tenant improvements etc.
We're equipped to manage all aspects that clients might find complex or unfamiliar, including researching project feasibility, defining property boundaries, navigating building and planning department communications, as well as handling design, construction, and permit plans. Essentially, our comprehensive package covers everything from project inception to completion.
We enjoy all types of projects and challenges whether they be residential or commercial and we cover most of mid to Northern California including the San Francisco Bay area to Sacramento and south to Santa Barbara.
