We led the design and permitting for a multifamily structural restoration project, addressing water intrusion issues. This involved preparing a comprehensive permit plan set and obtaining the necessary approvals to restore and safeguard the building’s structural integrity.
Sonoma County, CA
We were hired for a major renovation on an apartment complex located in Sonoma County. The property owners hired us to procure permits for 11 buildings for structural, water damage repairs and cosmetic restoration work on 80 units. We coordinated and managed all trades including structural engineering, labor and subcontractors.
