We were hired to design and build a new home in the fire rebuild area of Santa Rosa. The client was on a limited budget so ACCS was tasked with creating a cost effective approach in design that produced an energy efficient and elegant home that met or exceeded all current building standards and codes.
We worked with the client directly to create a design that satisfied their specific needs and wishes. Once the design process was complete ACCS worked directly with the general contractor and sister company SBGC Inc. The home was constructed on time and within budget. The client was very pleased with ACCS and has been added to our growing list of references who are happy to speak with potential new clients.

We were hired to design and build a new ADU on the client's property in Santa Rosa. The owner resides in the main residence and did not want to remodel a garage or add on to the existing space to create a separate unit that they can rent to tenants.
